Terms of Service

Shipping Terms:

Usually we ship our items with in 1-3 business days (handling included) unless otherwise stated. Free shipping is to continental US only. We reserve right to use economy shipping or cheapest shipping service available. If you need faster shipping -please contact us.

We ONLY ship to your registered / confirmed PayPal address- NO exceptions!
U.S.A continental address ONLY.

Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days

For shipping (free shipping) we use following services:
USPS First Class (1-8 business days),
USPS Priority Mail (1-5 business days),
Fedex Ground (1-7 business days),
UPS Ground (1-9 business days),
edex Economy service (2-11 business days)

The tracking number will be AUTOMATICALLY UPLOADED on your Paypal order details.
Please check your PayPal for tracking number.

Returns:
Unless specified otherwise - returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and downloadable software products, as is/defective items and other items stated with no return policy.

Vintage Electronics are sold AS IS, no returns for any reason and all sales are final. Please email if you have any questions before you buy it.

Older model DVD, VCR, CD Player Returns: 14 Days

Restocking fee:

Depending of product type purchased there may be restocking fee of 15% applied to returned and found not defective or if you have it used on following items:

Laptops
TVs
Amplifiers
Home Audio
DVD Players
Hard Drives
Receivers

Also other electronic/computer components and parts

Damaged items in shipping:
Please report it with in 24 hours off delivery. Refuse the package is notice any damage.

New Items Return Policy:

30 Days – For New , New- Open Box, Unused/Undamaged Products Only
To process your return, we require an order number. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused, sealed, undamaged and original condition, we will proceed refund your purchase no questions asked.

WARNING:
If you file Paypal dispute or claim without FIRST contacting us- it will delay your return and refund process significantly! Please first contact us if any problems before filing disputes.

If you file any complain with PayPal with in 2-3 business days after purchase- we will cancel your order, no exceptions! You receive refund with in 7-14 days.
If you don't see tracking updated on USPS, UPS or Fedex- it doesn't mean item is not shipped or not going to be. Different circumstances can cause the delay.
We reserve right to cancel order for any reason.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be proceeded automatically. We will also notify you if your return was rejected. If return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It may take up to 7 -14 business days to complete refund.

All items sold AS IS/ Defective/ Salvage/ Wholesale lots all sales are final,
no return, no refunds.

Exchange Policy:

If the item you received is DOA and you would like to exchange - please contact us at: fixwiser@gmail.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us for RMA number.

All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.

ANTI-SCAM POLICY: All of our products have special markings and security stickers on it. If a buyer sends it back with security sticker/marking tempered or is unwilling to provide adequate proof of compatibility/ model/ serial number's when stating the item is defective, then we will take that as a deliberate attempt to deceive and manipulate the system. Buyers may be reported for fraud attempt to your local authorities.
